My salesman Dickie was very kind and knowledgeable. He was also patient as he let me drive 3 different vehicles until I found “the one”. I was impressed when it came to numbers and buying my vehicle that Caleb came right over to talk to me. No back and forth dance! Carson is top notch and must have called me Ma’am 200 times. He went over all the finance, warranties, and paperwork! A special thanks to Bryce who stayed a little late to help me learn/navigate my new vehicle! I chose to drive 2 hours to this shop as they had a way better selection than in my area. It was a smooth and pleasant buying experience! Thank you again. My "certified pre-owned" 2019 Chevy Trax broke down on me and had to be towed. I took it to the dealership because I thought the vehicle was under warranty. I had only put 28k miles on it since purchase in Oct 2022. While it was being repaired or towed, my windshield was cracked. I tried to talk to David the service manager and he was immediately argumentative and told me not to come back. Very unprofessional.

I have had my Envista in the shop numerous times for the same error code (theft deterrent) which causes it to shut off completely. It is a safety hazard because it has turned off while stopped in traffic and would not start! This time I brought it in because a brake light came on and would not allow me to drive over 43. It was there one day and the service department called and said it was ready. I came to pick it up and because I was outside waiting, observed the porter use a battery jumper box to start the vehicle and then tried to give it back to me!!! The code of theft deterrent once again kept the car from starting. He then handed me the keys! I immediately went inside and spoke to the service manager. I still can’t believe they were going to put me back in the car and send me on my way without checking out the vehicle throughly. 🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋 this car was a terrible purchase and now we are afraid to drive it in fear of it turning off in traffic making it a danger to operate.

Your folks ordered what I needed and I will be back for the install of stud and lug nut. Prefer to have you do all maintenance, but had to go with the less expensive tires. They are a rip-off!

I brought in my wife’s 2024 GMC Terrain on Tuesday April 22 nd. I needed to have the passenger tires checked and also check to see if the car would also need a front end alignment. And check underneath the car to make sure there was no damage there as well . We were in St. Louis and l was about to park in the hotel lot , when I cut the corner a little to soon and drove over a piece of the curb. . Ran off the road blew out 2 tires on passenger side. Had to call a wrecker to drop off at Allen Tillery. Tires were on sale so I purchased 4 instead of. My truck was checked for any damage under the truck & a new alignment was done took about 3 hours but I was able to drive home in my truck when got there I wasn’t sure that would be possible. The last time I had service the oil filter wasn’t tight and leaking and a missing lug nut. This time I made it home and 3 days later I had a flat tire. Mysteriously a valve stem was loose. I have never had that happen in 47 years of driving even on a bike when I was a kid. I am all about telling people when they do a good job. My business has a very good reputation. I hope you guys can resolve this problem before it cost you a lot of money.

Problem didn't get fixed. My dash screen turned blue the day after I got home & my HUD went out. I had to drive 200 miles round trip every time I have to take thus new vehicle, 3 weeks old, to dealership. This problem happened 3 days after we purchased the vehicle. I think we got a lemon. I took my 2000 corvette to the dealership because of the unique design defect with the early C5 ABS control module and its attached pump for the power steering. I even included instructions for the tedious process for clearing and rebooting the ABS computer and pump system. I was given back a car with the information that the parts were no longer availlable and they could not help me. I took it to the Dealer because I know GM does not have thousand's of these cars on the road with no way to fix them. I might add I had the ABS control module rebuilt and tested for install. $190.00 and no fix! I asked for the service to contact GM engineers and find the fix, not tell me what I already knew! We took the car in for routine oil change, and to have the tires rotated. We knew one of the tires was low and assumed the technician would take care of it. However, that did not happen. I got the car back the tires had been rotated, but the pressure had not been checked and the tire had not been filled with air. Very disappointing. We typically get very good service there or take the car for an oil change or any type of vehicle inspection..

My 2013 Buick Verano was brought to the dealership on Thursday July 31, 2025 to have the AC checked. The Service Advisor had it checked out and discovered it needed a new compressor. Because parts had to be ordered, we brought it in the following Monday, August 4, 2025 at 7:00 AM. The Service Advisor said it would take three to three and a half hours to install the compressor. We decided to wait until the work was completed. It wasn’t completed until 2:00 PM. We asked the reason why it took so much longer than the promised time, and was told that the mechanic had to be pulled off the job to attend to another customer vehicle. Previous service experiences have always been excellent.

I brought my Sierra Denali in for an oil change which went fine. The service tech came and got me from the waiting room when it was finished and he showed me where they had backed into something in the shop and dented in my multi function tailgate. He told me they would comp the oil change and they would get the body shop to repair it. He also stated that I would be provided with a loaner during the repair. I declined the complementary oil change as these things sometimes happen. I was told I would be contacted about scheduling the repairs the next week. Well a week has passed and no word on scheduling the repairs. I don't find this acceptable as I tried to be very understanding of the incident and now I feel I have been dropped like a hot potato. Please let me know your intentions in this matter. Thank You

Buying a new car can be a stressful experience, but Allen Tillery made it more comfortable. Our old Acadia was having issues so we took it to be looked at. Micha has always been very helpful when taking care of it. When he let us know that the 9 year old vehicle was going to need work on the transmission, we told him that we would need to look at buying a new one. Then he recommended that we talk to Herman Hunter and introduced him to us. Herman was such a great salesperson. He listened to us and showed us everything that we wanted to see. He was very knowledgeable and patient with us. We test drove a couple of vehicles and asked for a comparison of the two on pricing. He quickly got us the print outs including discounts, trade in credit, and discount using our GM credit. When we made our decision, he then took all the time we needed to show us how the new technology worked and made sure the ON star was connected. We actually enjoyed the whole experience. All this took about half a day, and we were on our way. We highly recommend Allen Tillery. Mr. Tillery even stopped by and visited with us.

We are repeat customers at Allen Tillery dealerships. I started by sending Chad Tillery an email that we were interested in viewing 3-4 different vehicles 🚗 🚘 🚙 from Chevrolet and Buick inventories. Chad set us up with Michael Christopher, sales specialist, who responded to us by phone setting up an appointment time convenient to us. After test drives and comparisons by us and the detailed knowledge of Michael, we selected (this is where a commercial break goes) the 2025 Buick Envista. We came back after lunch and Michael introduced us to Dana in financing. She was very personable and knowledgeable about finance options, Insurance, extended warranties, and related facts and figures. We also got to visit with Carson Tillery during this time. Due to other commitments we had that day, Michael, Dana, and Alex made it to where we could take the car home that afternoon. Alex set us up an appointment for the next business day at our convenience, in which he got in our car and slowly and methodically educated us with its features. During this time, Mr Allen Tillery came by and visited with us. An outstanding example of the way vehicle buying should be. Thanks to all at the Allen Tillery complex for making this an easy and personable experience. We are enjoying our purchase!

I already spoke with one service manager at the location briefly when he called to tell me they forgot to charge me for the tow, so they needed more money, but my experience 2x now has been bad. Last time the service guy was nice enough, but it took 2 weeks to start service due to waiting for parts during which I had to rent a car for the first several days, then I was provided a courtesy car that smelled like body odor and spices. I'd also mention I drive a sport turbo buick regal but was placed in an unclean base model cruse, then asked if I enjoy it because its the same size. I left my prescription glasses in the car and never was able to get them back despite reaching out. This time I spoke with a service advisor at one in the afternoon, and he said get it over and they'd have a look. I got the tow there by 4, but the tech said he couldn't even confirm if he had it in because the keys weren't physically in his hand at the moment. I was told he could confirm the next day at best. They had an hour til close. Then I waited til Monday for my car to even be diagnosed when it was brought in on a Thursday. I learned then the service advisor that kept saying he'd get to it, actually took vacation that week with out ever even getting it in a mechanics hands. I was told Monday the part would be in the next day, and it was a quick fix. Thursday morning it still hadn't even been started because someone else's car was in the bay, and their service had been stalled. That was something that shouldn't have been shared with me because it just let me know that I was put off even longer on a quick fix because a different bay couldn't possibly be used or free at any point. After a lot of harassing because I was a week into another rental car, my car was started around 2pm Thursday and done by 3pm. The service cost me around $1500, but I had to pay an additional $500 for a rental out of pocket because courtesy cars dont exist and im not important apparently. I've spent $10000 cash at this service dept this year, and I pray I never breakdown in hot springs again. I even told the manager, I'd have had the car towed to Everrett in Benton for trade in before I would've ever considered working with sales here. Its been less than a month since a coworker got burned by a sales person here that couldn't be bothered to notify anyone when the vehicles they had appts to come see from out of town were already sold. My father worked for Mr Tillery years ago. Im sure he'd be saddened to see his boys have turned their name from customer focused and positive, to only being about profit and personal gain. As a personal bonus for me, I even had to get under my car and put the plastic pieces back together on the front end that either the towing company your advisor suggested, or the mechanics themselves separated. 10 out of 10 would not recommend this dealership for any purposes with its current customer service.

The service went well, but they drove my truck to see if they could determine what the vibration was that I was hearing. They said that the sound was normal...... IT IS NOT!! I had to listen to it most of the way home. It isn't a motor sound I am hearing. It is around the steering column. Had they asked me to go with them to point out the sound I was hearing, the problem could have been determined. I will take it to someone else to have it checked and will then figure out what has to be done to be reimbursed for the service rendered.

First I will start by saying Dalton Ray was great and represented your business well, 5 stars for him. With that said, I have two problems that are not sitting good with me. First, I will have my touch screen replaced this week. It is the 3rd touch screen for this truck and I only have 54,000 miles on it. I get to pay over $1100 for that which I feel is unfair with the limited miles on the truck and it being the 3rd touch screen. 2nd, I took my vehicle in again because the tire pressure monitor light came on and the brake assist showed briefly. It took about 30 minutes to determine I needed a new vacuum pump and two tires monitors. It took less than an hour to replace that vacuum pump. Another customer informed me about a recall. I looked it up on line and found that to be true for my year and model vehicle. I ask Dalton Ray about it and my vin was not listed in that recall although that was the issue for the recall. When I got home i contacted GMC and received the same answer. I think I deserve a better explanation then my vin wasn’t listed which expected from GMC. Same year, same model and same issue but I got to pay $848.42 to have the vacuum pump replaced. As I was speaking to GMC, I was reading the VIN number to them and looked over the bill. All together it took about an hour and a half or less with diagnosis and replacement. The total labor charge was $437.50 for an hour and a half or less. Seems like a very excessive charge for that amount of time. I think loyalty goes both ways. I purchased this vehicle there and every maintenance from oil changes, tire rotations, cabin filters etc.. is performed there. Maybe some people can just oh well about $2500 in total repairs but I’m a disabled veteran on a limited income and I’m not feeling like loyalty goes both ways at this point with excessive labor fees plus the recall issue.

Like my last review Dalton was great. What I needed done on my last two visits and what I had to pay is ridiculous. The 1st visit labor was ridiculous for a short repair time. 2nd visit the cost of the part for a 3rd replacement in 54k miles was ridiculous. Loyalty goes both ways and you should have backed your customer. I highly doubt I will buy another vehicle from you and more than likely will not return for any maintenance. I took my truck in three times. The first time I was charged just under $1000. But it did not fix the problem. The second time there was no charge. The codes were reset but the same problem occurred again. The third time which fixed the problem Was over $700. The service manager cut that bill in half when I protested. However, I feel like I should’ve paid that bill in total and had a refund for the first bill which was almost $1000. No complaints about the courtesy of your staff.

There was an issue with the tracking system. Dalton had a diagnostic done which showed the problem. A part was ordered. The mechanics installed the part and the issue was fixed in a very timely fashion. Dalton has always taken care of our service needs in a professional and timely manner. The Hot Springs dealership is excellent. Your online appointment system needs work. I set a date, and the order for tires for my Silverado, a week in advance of the appointment, believing the tires would be at the dealer on that date. Arriving for my appointment, I found no tires had been ordered. The agent was not surprised indicating the online system is not reliable. He stepped up and ordered the tires right then, saying he would call me when they came in. He did just that, and 2 days later I had the tires on my truck. I give the dealership 5 stars, but your online 3, averaging out to 4 stars.

I had an appointment for 11am. I showed up at 10:50. I was told it would be about 2 hours. At 2 hours and 40 minutes I inquired about my vehicle. At that point I was told it would be another 30 minutes. My 2 hour appointment turned into 3 hours 30 minutes. When I got to my car the plastic seat cover and paper floor cover were still there. Why would I want them? I'm not happy.
