The work performed was great, the staff was very helpful. The work was performed quickly. The cost however was off the charts. No shop in the world is worth $185 a hour. me being a car guy, know if I was home (Texas) I could of replaced the fuel control module in 10 minuets or less. I know the part cost around $60, my bill was $585.

I already spoke with one service manager at the location briefly when he called to tell me they forgot to charge me for the tow, so they needed more money, but my experience 2x now has been bad. Last time the service guy was nice enough, but it took 2 weeks to start service due to waiting for parts during which I had to rent a car for the first several days, then I was provided a courtesy car that smelled like body odor and spices. I'd also mention I drive a sport turbo buick regal but was placed in an unclean base model cruse, then asked if I enjoy it because its the same size. I left my prescription glasses in the car and never was able to get them back despite reaching out. This time I spoke with a service advisor at one in the afternoon, and he said get it over and they'd have a look. I got the tow there by 4, but the tech said he couldn't even confirm if he had it in because the keys weren't physically in his hand at the moment. I was told he could confirm the next day at best. They had an hour til close. Then I waited til Monday for my car to even be diagnosed when it was brought in on a Thursday. I learned then the service advisor that kept saying he'd get to it, actually took vacation that week with out ever even getting it in a mechanics hands. I was told Monday the part would be in the next day, and it was a quick fix. Thursday morning it still hadn't even been started because someone else's car was in the bay, and their service had been stalled. That was something that shouldn't have been shared with me because it just let me know that I was put off even longer on a quick fix because a different bay couldn't possibly be used or free at any point. After a lot of harassing because I was a week into another rental car, my car was started around 2pm Thursday and done by 3pm. The service cost me around $1500, but I had to pay an additional $500 for a rental out of pocket because courtesy cars dont exist and im not important apparently. I've spent $10000 cash at this service dept this year, and I pray I never breakdown in hot springs again. I even told the manager, I'd have had the car towed to Everrett in Benton for trade in before I would've ever considered working with sales here. Its been less than a month since a coworker got burned by a sales person here that couldn't be bothered to notify anyone when the vehicles they had appts to come see from out of town were already sold. My father worked for Mr Tillery years ago. Im sure he'd be saddened to see his boys have turned their name from customer focused and positive, to only being about profit and personal gain. As a personal bonus for me, I even had to get under my car and put the plastic pieces back together on the front end that either the towing company your advisor suggested, or the mechanics themselves separated. 10 out of 10 would not recommend this dealership for any purposes with its current customer service.

I went in for recall on 6.2 engine. Would be nice if service person could explain what was inspected on engine and what made inspection pass as well as what oil was changed to. No explanation at all. Better feedback after service would be great.

The service went well, but they drove my truck to see if they could determine what the vibration was that I was hearing. They said that the sound was normal...... IT IS NOT!! I had to listen to it most of the way home. It isn't a motor sound I am hearing. It is around the steering column. Had they asked me to go with them to point out the sound I was hearing, the problem could have been determined. I will take it to someone else to have it checked and will then figure out what has to be done to be reimbursed for the service rendered.

I took my truck in three times. The first time I was charged just under $1000. But it did not fix the problem. The second time there was no charge. The codes were reset but the same problem occurred again. The third time which fixed the problem Was over $700. The service manager cut that bill in half when I protested. However, I feel like I should’ve paid that bill in total and had a refund for the first bill which was almost $1000. No complaints about the courtesy of your staff.

Like my last review Dalton was great. What I needed done on my last two visits and what I had to pay is ridiculous. The 1st visit labor was ridiculous for a short repair time. 2nd visit the cost of the part for a 3rd replacement in 54k miles was ridiculous. Loyalty goes both ways and you should have backed your customer. I highly doubt I will buy another vehicle from you and more than likely will not return for any maintenance. After my 1st review nobody even cared enough to contact me to discuss it.

First I will start by saying Dalton Ray was great and represented your business well, 5 stars for him. With that said, I have two problems that are not sitting good with me. First, I will have my touch screen replaced this week. It is the 3rd touch screen for this truck and I only have 54,000 miles on it. I get to pay over $1100 for that which I feel is unfair with the limited miles on the truck and it being the 3rd touch screen. 2nd, I took my vehicle in again because the tire pressure monitor light came on and the brake assist showed briefly. It took about 30 minutes to determine I needed a new vacuum pump and two tires monitors. It took less than an hour to replace that vacuum pump. Another customer informed me about a recall. I looked it up on line and found that to be true for my year and model vehicle. I ask Dalton Ray about it and my vin was not listed in that recall although that was the issue for the recall. When I got home i contacted GMC and received the same answer. I think I deserve a better explanation then my vin wasn’t listed which expected from GMC. Same year, same model and same issue but I got to pay $848.42 to have the vacuum pump replaced. As I was speaking to GMC, I was reading the VIN number to them and looked over the bill. All together it took about an hour and a half or less with diagnosis and replacement. The total labor charge was $437.50 for an hour and a half or less. Seems like a very excessive charge for that amount of time. I think loyalty goes both ways. I purchased this vehicle there and every maintenance from oil changes, tire rotations, cabin filters etc.. is performed there. Maybe some people can just oh well about $2500 in total repairs but I’m a disabled veteran on a limited income and I’m not feeling like loyalty goes both ways at this point with excessive labor fees plus the recall issue.

There was an issue with the tracking system. Dalton had a diagnostic done which showed the problem. A part was ordered. The mechanics installed the part and the issue was fixed in a very timely fashion. Dalton has always taken care of our service needs in a professional and timely manner. Leeann is knowledgeable and helpful with invoice questions and particularly with our Buick Rewards Program issues.

Had to wait a little longer than usual, but I had requested for the back window wiper blade to be replaced and the parts dept. was out of stock, so they had tried to get one from another dealership. Waited about another hour and decided that I'd just come back when they were in stock. They apologized for the wait and offered to call me when they were in stock and they would replace it at N/C. Lets see if that happens!

The repair was done the same day. I was unhappy that the headlight was not covered under the service warranty. My warranty is called "supreme unlimited wrap" which sure sounds like bumper to bumper but it isn't.

The Hot Springs dealership is excellent. Your online appointment system needs work. I set a date, and the order for tires for my Silverado, a week in advance of the appointment, believing the tires would be at the dealer on that date. Arriving for my appointment, I found no tires had been ordered. The agent was not surprised indicating the online system is not reliable. He stepped up and ordered the tires right then, saying he would call me when they came in. He did just that, and 2 days later I had the tires on my truck. I give the dealership 5 stars, but your online 3, averaging out to 4 stars.

I had an appointment for 11am. I showed up at 10:50. I was told it would be about 2 hours. At 2 hours and 40 minutes I inquired about my vehicle. At that point I was told it would be another 30 minutes. My 2 hour appointment turned into 3 hours 30 minutes. When I got to my car the plastic seat cover and paper floor cover were still there. Why would I want them? I'm not happy.

The oil change process was great but when I got my car back, I noticed that someone damaged my tint while peeling off the previous oil change sticker. Nothing was even said about it. I noticed it while driving off and took it back to show Eric what happened. He apologized and told me when I got it fixed, bring back the receipt and the dealership would reimburse me. He wrote a note on the back of his business card so that I would have proof. I appreciate him handling the process, but very upset that the technician who changed my oil didn’t even say anything.

We have brought our vehicle in multiple times for an engine light that no one can track down. Finally the issue was found and I was informed It would cost $1300 out of pocket even though there’s a warranty on my vehicle. This didn’t cover it. Called Everett to get a quote, they assured me it’s all under warranty and will have it fixed this week. I feel very taken advantage of and would have lost a lot of money in a company that I had trusted.

I needed to replace the two rear shocks on my 2018. This vehicle has been serviced by Tillery since it was purchased. I’ve always been pleased. But, the sticker shock for this work was hard to swallow. $2,500 including the $6o to use a credit card. Admittedly, the price of the shocks were the biggest sticker item, $1,000 each. So, it wasn’t so much Tillery, but the cost of shocks that left me looking at the service ticket. What has GM put into a shock that would inflate cost?

Apparently no one checked my radiator fluid at my oil change causing my fans to run quite awhile after I got back from a 90 mile trip. I checked it and the reservoir was very low. That’s not very professional mechanical service.

After a period of negotiation, your Sales Manager accepted our offer for the 2025 Buick Envision Sport. My husband and I proceeded to sign required purchase documents and were in the process of adding the vehicle to our insurance policy—when we were abruptly told the deal was "cancelled." As this was a cash transaction involving a trade-in and no third-party financing contingencies, we view the signed Purchase Order/Bill of Sale as a legally binding contract. Under Arkansas] law, a change of heart or "seller's remorse" regarding the agreed-upon price does not constitute a legal basis to rescind an executed contract. My husband is under hospice care and is facing weeks to live. He was trying to get this sale done so I would have new and dependable care before he passed. We walked away astonished to what happened. After thinking it all over that evening, we decided to take their first offer. My husband does not have the time and strength to start looking for another car all over again

The cashier was rude. I gave her a prepaid Visa card and 60.00 cash to pay 154.00 bill. She wanted to take the cash first and then run the card and I told her no, I want the card ran first because I want my change back from the cash. I then asked her if she gave me my senior citizen discount and she never one time looked to see if that had been taken off she just said that it had. I asked for my free car wash and she said she was out and I asked for a rain check or something in writing that I could have it later and she said she could mail it to me and I still haven’t gotten it. If this is the way you treat your customers then I will gladly find another dealership.

The work performed was great, the staff was very helpful. The work was performed quickly. The cost however was off the charts. No shop in the world is worth $185 a hour. me being a car guy, know if I was home (Texas) I could of replaced the fuel control module in 10 minuets or less. I know the part cost around $60, my bill was $585.

I come in for a oil change and tire rotation. I left and got down the road and my tire light was on it said 0psi and to service tire monitor system. So I go back to the service center and they would not look at it they said to drive it, it will go off and it still has not went off. It was not like that when I brought it in and when I say something they don't want to help because they think they did not do it well they took the tires off. So I am very disappointed with their customer service.

Came in Monday to fix small screw in tire and it got plugged and charged me twenty dollars to repair. I decided to order four new tires for 2024 Yukon Ultimate. Tuesday night I noticed tire that got plugged was leaking air and came in Wednesday to have tires replaced with all terrain tires. Told Dalton the tire was leaking and I would think I would get twenty dollar credit for repair not done right on plugging tire. When I picked up vehicle at 5:20 I paid and my wife jumped in Yukon and I drove my truck to our kids Karate class. What upsets me the most is whoever replaced tires put the old tires in the back of Yukon and they were very dirty. We spent allot of money on Thai vehicle and one would think to ask if we wanted the tires or make other arrangements to pick up. I was charged for disposal too. The communication at dealership is not good. Feels like there is no sale after sale there. Please , call back for more info if needed.

The recall solution on the 6.2 engine by changing engine oil to OW-40 hit hard this oil change due to going up by fifty dollars is absolutely insane! The last oil changes I have had didn’t go up with the the new oil until now. Was GM compensating for the oil going up before this oil change? I know now why GM is getting sued now with the gas mileage getting worse due to thicker oil and now the crazy expensive oil that goes in to protect and reduce heat so the engine doesn’t blow is a band aid fix that has cost us all more money that have this engine that was manufactured wrong. I’m sure this will come to head after GM is being sued and government finishes its investigation. I have a real bad taste in my mouth over this issue. The bottom line is why is dealership now charging 50 dollars more now for an oil change that cost me 94 dollars before with coupon with tire rotation?

I suggested she have a name tag. First, they were able to get me in on short notice. I appreciated that because I have to come in from out of town, so it saved me a special trip. Second, I get coupons for oil changes. I was told by the cashier that my coupon wouldn't work "because it was for a different amount (6-qt. vs. 8-qt) of oil". Why would Allen Tillery send me coupons that are not for my vehicle? Such a disappointment. THEN I was credited 2.27 for a senior citizens discount BUT my charge slip did not reflect even that credit -- so instead of a $79.95 oil change, I ended up paying $90.86! Now how do YOU think I should have rated the experience?????????????

I live an hour and a half away from the dealer. My 2025 Sierra had brake failure (under warranty) and was towed 90 miles. They told me the truck would be done by the close of business on a Thursday, so I got a ride to Hot Springs. They didn't get ot done and I got stranded in Hot Springs for a day. Had to get a hotel room, cost me $150 plus meals, and I had to buy some essentials. They had no loaner vehicle for me; they did offer up their driver to take me where I needed to go. They also gave me a free car wash, and it was good. The service manager was very good and apologetic. The biggest negative for me is that GMC would not bring the truck back to me. They were great about towing it, but left me to figure out how to get there on my own to pick it up. I'm also concerned about why my new truck had brake failure at 9500 miles and needed a major repair.

Again the dealership went above and beyond to accommodate me. I live an hour and a half away from the dealership, but happened to be in Hot Springs when my service light came on. I called to try to see if there was any possible way to get an appointment, and they said just bring it on and they would work it in. Ever experience I have had with them has ended the same, each time they have went above and beyond to accommodate.

Service was fast. I did notice that there is a small scratch on the drivers door. I didn’t notice it before I left the dealership but noticed when I returned home. The only reason I say it happened at the dealership is because there is greasy handprints around the scratch.
