2024 GMC Terrain

GMC will offer the 2024 Terrain in four trim levels: SLE, SLT, AT4, and Denali. Downpour Metallic and Riptide Metallic are all-new exterior color options guaranteed to garner attention. On the SLE, you'll find alloy wheels, privacy glass, heated exterior mirrors, and LED exterior lighting. Moving to the SLT adds a hands-free liftgate, fog lights, and roof rails. The AT4 is off-road-ready with underbody skid plates and a rugged appearance with unique styling cues. The top-of-the-line Denali adds 19-inch bright machined aluminum wheels for a more luxurious finish.

One engine powers all four trims of the 2024 GMC Terrain. You get a 1.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine with a nine-speed automatic transmission. This combination delivers 175 horsepower and 203 pound-feet of torque to keep up with the pack. Drivers enjoy the EPA-estimated 30 mpg on the highway for the front-wheel-drive models, giving you more time on the road and less money at the pump.

GMC has added many performance improvements to the 2024 Terrain to improve the drive. Front-wheel drive is standard for the SLE and SLT, with the AT4 and Denali featuring an all-wheel-drive system as standard. You can opt for all-wheel drive on the lower trims to give you better control and traction over various conditions. Stability control is standard on all trims to provide the power needed to stay on your intended path. Hill descent control will help you conquer any incline in your Terrain by briefly applying the brakes as you start, keeping you from rolling backward.

With a standard 60/40-split folding rear seat, you can easily fit your Terrain to your cargo and passenger needs. Standard features for the SLE include Bluetooth streaming audio, remote keyless entry with push-button start, hands-free phone capability, satellite radio, and a power outlet. All four trims feature a collision warning system, child seat anchors, child door locks, a parental control system, traction control, and an advanced airbag system. You'll also find a lane departure warning with lane-keeping assist and automated emergency braking with pedestrian detection. Adaptive cruise control and a head-up display are available on the upper trim levels.
